Vivo has released Vivo Y12 as an Android-powered affordable smartphone in India. This device will be hitting the retail outlets this week. The new Vivo Y12 comes with the latest features and is a budget-friendly smartphone.
The Vivo Y12 has a 6.35-inch HD+ Halo full view display with a resolution of 1520×720 pixels and a screen-to-body ratio of 88.6 percent. The phone is driven by a 2.0 GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB storage onboard, which is expandable up to 256GB via a micro SD card. There’s a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor at the back of the smartphone. Subsequently, the Vivo Y12 comes with a triple-camera setup that consists of the combination of a 13-megapixel (f/2.2) primary lens, an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens and a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) depth shooter with LED flash. For the front, it has an 8-megapixel selfie shooter with f/1.8 aperture and an AI face Beauty mode.
Also, it has a face unlock feature, Funtouch OS 9 atop Android 9 Pie, connectivity options such as dual-SIM slots, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth5.0, FM Radio, micro USB, 3.5mm Audio Jack and GPS. The smartphone is backed up by a powerful 5000mAh battery that fuels the handset so that it can also be used to charge other devices, with its reverse charging feature.
Price in India :
The Vivo Y12 price in India is Rs 11,999 for the base-level 4GB + 32GB storage option, while the 3GB + 64GB storage variant will be priced at Rs 12,990 as confirmed by a company dealer. The handset will be probably on sale in the country in a day or two via retail stores across the country.
