Vivo S6 5G is prepping up to launch in China and the video teaser of the same has been released officially on the company’s official Weibo account today. The smartphone will be the direct successor to the Vivo S5 that was launched in November 2019 in China. The Vivo S6 will also be the company’s first mid-range 5G equipped smartphone and first in S-series. The Weibo post suggests it is a selfie-focused smartphone and the video teaser did reveal some key features of the device. Let us take a look at what we understand from the video.

Vivo S6 5G to Sport FullView Screen and Popup Selfie Camera:

The Vivo S6 5G, according to the video teaser, sports a FullView display with no bezels. There appears to be no punch-hole on the display and thus suggests a popup selfie camera just like the Vivo V15 Pro and Vivo V17 Pro. The device is expected to hit the market by the end of March 2020, according to the leaked 5G smartphones roadmap image.

As for the specifications of the Vivo S6 5G, we expect the device to sport the Snapdragon 765 5G chipset. There could be a quad camera setup on the rear with at least a 48MP sensor in the primary camera. The device hasn’t yet appeared in any of the certifications so, specifications are scarce at the moment.
