Vivo is all set to unveil the NEX 3 on September 16 in China. The NEX 3 comes in two versions – standard 4G and 5G. The device is making headlines during recent times, thanks to the waterfall display and 99.6 percent screen-to-body ratio. Once launched, it will be the world’s first device with a waterfall screen that is expected to have a curvature of about 88%. Ahead of the official launch, full specifications of the device have leaked leaving nothing to the imagination. On the other hand, the listing in China Unicom website revealed its price.

The leaked specifications re-confirm that the Vivo NEX 3 will come with a Snapdragon 855 Soc and support 5G. The device will be powered by a 4000mAh battery and supports 44W fast charging technology. The device is said to be equipped with Universal Flash Storage (UFS) 3.0, which is the latest and fastest flash storage available in the market. With 99.6% screen-to-body ratio, the Vivo NEX 3 is said to be the first device in the world with such a high screen area. As for the camera, the NEX 3 sports a 64MP camera assisted by two 13MP sensors at the rear that has the capability to capture images in Hyper HDR mode. In the front, there is a 16MP camera for clicking selfies.
Other specifications include a 6.89-inch full-HD+ (1080×2256 pixels) AMOLED display. The device measures 167.44 x 76.18 x 9.4mm and weighs 218.5g. The phone will be available in 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB storage versions.
As for the pricing, the listing spotted on China Unicom website suggests that the 8GB+256GB variant of the Vivo NEX 3 5G will be priced at CNY 5698 in China.
