Last month in an event, OnePlus 7 was launched in India alongside OnePlus 7 Pro. While OnePlus 7 Pro has been started selling via various e-commerce sites, OnePlus 7 has taken some time to reach the market. The wait is over now since OnePlus 7 will go on sale via Amazon from today, 12 pm, onwards. As per the company, the smartphone will also be on sale through OnePlus.in and OnePlus exclusive offline stores apart from Amazon.
After a chain of leaks and reports, OnePlus finally arrived with its two latest flagships on May 14th. OnePlus 7 Pro has been claimed as the company’s most powerful smartphone till date. Its 5G model has also been declared for the countries like Finland, UK but the pricing details and availability have not been disclosed yet. In India, this Pro model went on sale from May 15th via the pop-up stores of OnePlus in the country. And now, it’s turn for its sibling.
The pre-determined price of OnePlus 7 is Rs. 32,999 and it will be for the base variant, which comes with a 6GB RAM along with a 128GB internal storage. The base variant will be sold in just one colour i.e., Mirror Grey. Other than this, there will be another variant, where the RAM size will be greater – 8GB. The 8GB RAM model will be sold in two colours such as Mirror Grey and Red colour. The Red colour will be available in China and India, exclusively.
OnePlus 7 comes with a 6.41-inch Optic AMOLED display that supports full HD+ (1,080 x 2,340 pixels) resolution. The smartphone arrives with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The device is based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset coupled to an Adreno 640 GPU.
In terms of the optical configuration, OnePlus 7 gets a dual rear camera setup, which consists of a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 primary sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor. At the front, there is a 16-megapixel Sony IMX471 sensor that helps in clicking a selfie. Other than these, the spec-sheet also include a 3,700mAh battery, which gets 20W fast charging technology.
Apart from the above-mentioned selling platforms, the smartphone will also be sold through the third-party retail outlets from June 14, as OnePlus has decided to expand the availability of OnePlus 7 to these outlets. However, pre-booking in these outlets will be started from June 7.
On Amazon, OnePlus 7 willing buyers will get up to Rs. 2,000 discount for using SBI debit or credit card. Also, there will be another option to go for no-cost EMIs. The buyers will also get benefits from Reliance Jio worth Rs. 9,300 and can avail up to 70 per cent guaranteed exchange price from Servify. Except for the SBI offer, similar benefits are also expected from the OnePlus exclusive offline stores and OnePlus.in.
