On the official Whatsapp Chat Service, Tata Sky added five more options to which the chatbot will answer to the customers. These include:

- Know Your Pack Details
- Recharge Instantly
- Soft Refresh
- Heavy Refresh
Customers can now know the pack details and account balance and do account refresh right from WhatsApp itself. Exciting, isn’t it? Tata Sky Cashback Offer:
Tata Sky introduced a new cashback offer, replacing its Flexi Annual Plan. The new plan offers one month’s balance as cashback when a user recharges his account with 12 months plan. The cashback amount will be credited to customer’s Tata Sky account instantly. In addition, there is an option to temporarily suspend the account for a period of 5 days in case we do not use the service. On top of all, there is an advantage of adding and dropping of channels as per the needs.
