Most of the time, after recharging your account, the channels are not displayed and displays a message to subscribe to the channel. You can easily restore the channels by giving a missed call from your registered mobile number. There are two types of refresh a) Soft Refresh and b) Heavy Refresh.

  • For a soft refresh, you need to give a missed call to +91 80892 80892 from your registered mobile number and wait for one minute. If that doesn’t work, then you need to opt for a heavy refresh.
  • For a heavy refresh, you have to give a missed call to +91 90405 90405 fro your registered mobile number. You then need to wait for 2-3 minutes, and you are good to go.
