Samsung Galaxy A90 Could be Equipped with Snapdragon 855 and Support 5G: Report

The famous tipster @onleaks has revealed that two new additions to the Galaxy A series are in the making, both are the variants of the Samsung Galaxy A90.

The tipster previously claimed that the smartphones would be under the Galaxy R series but now, he himself has refuted the claim stating that it was due to some internal confusion. That being said, he has revealed some key specifications about the two devices.

Both variants will have a 6.7-inch screen with an in-display fingerprint reader. Moreover, both the variants of the Samsung Galaxy A90 are to be powered by the flagship processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 855.

The only difference between the two will be 5G and a slight change in the camera setup.

The 5G variant, SM-A908 will have 48MP + 8MP + 5MP rear camera setup. On the other hand, the 4G variant the, SM-A905 will have 48MP + 12MP + 5MP setup and something called the “Tilt OIS”, based speculations it will likely be a new image stabilization technology.

There is also a chance that the Samsung Galaxy A90 will have 45W fast charging. The price of the device is yet to be revealed, but if the device is priced competitively it will be quite interesting.
