Redmi has teased two limited editions of Redmi Note 8 Pro on Weibo dubbed “World of Warcraft” Magma and Ice limited editions on Weibo. The “World of Warcraft is an online fantasy game, which was launched initially in 2004. The popular video game is going back to the basics with the launch of the WoW Classic version tomorrow, owing to the demand from many players. 

The new Note 8 Pro “World of Warcraft” limited edition is a means to pay tribute to the popular online game. The limited-edition mobile would bundle the fifteenth-anniversary collector limited gift box which is set to be delivered in October. 


Redmi Note 8 Pro Price for China Revealed

Redmi Note 8 series all set to be officially unveiled on August 29 in China. Redmi Note 8 is the successor to the Redmi Note 7 series. Although we are aware of some of the specifications and features, there are no details available when it comes to the pricing. Now, the Chinese pricing details of the upcoming Redmi series have been leaked. According to CNMO, the upcoming Redmi Note 8 would be priced at 1099 Yuan. Similarly, the higher variant, Redmi Note 8 Pro 6GB+128GB version would be priced at 1799 Yuan. 

Specifications and Features of Redmi Note 8 Series

Redmi Note 8 is touted to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 AI SoC. On the camera front, the device houses a quad-camera set up on the rear with a 48 MP primary sensor. There would also be a fingerprint sensor on the rear. The camera alignment seems to be peculiar in Redmi Note 8, unlike its earlier counterparts. Out of four cameras, three cameras would be aligned vertically one below the another and the fourth camera lies on the right side. The handset also houses an LED flash on the left side of the camera set up.

Coming to the Redmi Note 8 Pro, the mobile would come equipped with a powerful MediaTek Helio G90 processor for enhanced gaming. Similar to Note 8, the Pro variant also comes with quad-camera set up, but here the primary sensor would be 64MP as compared to 48MP in Note 8. The device is also said to feature a liquid cooling system for the enhanced gaming experience and flaunts X antenna design. Apart from this, Note 8 Pro would come with German Rheinland network certification. As far as the battery is concerned, the upcoming Note 8 Pro would be powered by a 4500mAh battery.
