The most awaited Redmi Note 8 series has finally got a launch date for China. The company, through its official Weibo account, announced that the Note 8 series (Note 8 and Note 8 Pro) will land on August 29. On the same date, Redmi TV with a 70-inch screen will also make its debut in the Chinese market.
According to the teaser image posted by Redmi, the Note 8 series comes with a quad-camera setup at the rear comprised of a 64MP primary sensor. Three cameras and fingerprint sensor are arranged vertically, the fourth camera sensor & LED flash are placed beside these. The device comes in green color as one of the color options. Apart from these, the teaser image also reveals volume rockers and power buttons that are arranged to the right side of the device. Beneath the camera setup, we can see a text that reads 64MP camera.
The earlier leaked real-life images of the Redmi Note 8 that were leaked earlier are in-line with the teaser, suggesting that they are true. Earlier reports suggest that the Redmi Note 8 packs the MediaTek Helio G9T chipset. The device will also offer support for 18W fast charging.
