Update on 13:41 IST: Redmi General Manager Lu Weibing teased the Redmi K30 Pro Zoom Edition through his official Weibo account. The launch of this device can be expected along with the Redmi K30 Pro in late March in China.
Redmi K30 Pro is the upcoming 5G smartphone from the Xiaomi‘s spin-off brand Redmi. The smartphone is expected to launch in March in China and in India, it is expected to debut as the POCO F2. Today, the renowned leakster from China has revealed the key details of the Redmi K30 Pro that are related to its camera. Separately, we are also able to spot the alleged real-life image of the device, revealing the X-shaped quad camera setup on the rear and the popup selfie camera
Redmi K30 Pro to Feature Double OIS:
Digital Chat Station says one of these camera specifications (which we are going to reveal) are first in any of the Redmi devices; so we expect the leakster should be pointing at the Redmi K30 Pro. If we look at the camera specs leaked, the primary camera comes with Sony IMX686 sensor, there will also be a telephoto lens with double OIS (Optical Image Stabilization). The leakster claims the double OIS is the feature that will be found for the first time on any Redmi smartphone.
Alleged Redmi K30 Pro Real Images Leaked:
In a separate leak, the Redmi K30 Pro engineering machine is spotted, where we could see the back camera arrangement, popup selfie camera, and several others. According to the leaked images, the Redmi K30 Pro sports an X-shaped quad camera setup on the rear which contains a 64MP primary camera. The LED flash is placed beneath it. For selfies, there is a camera with popup mechanism. The processor runs at 2.84GHz, which suggests it is a Snapdragon 865 chipset. The device runs MIUI 11.0.4 version which is based on Android 10 (most probably).
