Xiaomi’s spin-off brand Redmi launched its flagship killer smartphone the Redmi K20 Pro in China. The smartphone is equipped with Snapdragon 855 chipset and priced aggressively that starts at CNY 2499.
At the time of launch, Redmi announced that the K20 Pro comes in four variants – 6GB/64GB, 6GB/128GB, 8GB/128, and 8GB/256GB. Now, as per the updated TENAA listing, we found a new 12GB RAM variant listed alongside 6GB RAM and 8GB RAM options. Going by this, we can confirm that Redmi will soon launch the 12GB/256GB variant at least in China.
To recap, the Redmi K20 Pro sports a 6.39-inch Full HD+ AMOLED notchless display with support for DC dimming feature. Redmi made a massive bet in the camera department by including triple camera setup in the rear and a pop-up selfie camera. The rear camera setup includes a 48MP Sony IMX586 primary sensor, an 8MP telephoto sensor, and a 1/3″ 13MP wide-angle lens. The pop-up selfie camera flaunts resolution of 20MP. The K20 Pro is powered by a 4000mAh battery with support for 27W fast charging capabilities.
