Realme announced that it will be launching the new Realme X2 smartphone on September 24 in China. Today, the company took to Weibo to announce the key features of the device. According to the Weibo post, the Realme X2 will sport a 64MP quad-camera setup at the rear and in the front, there will be a 32MP camera. Realme X2 will be the company’s first smartphone that comes with a 32MP camera. The Realme XT 730G, that was announced in India during the Realme XT launch event, confirmed to sport a 32MP camera and Snapdragon 730G processor.
Realme X2 Expected Specifications and Features
The Realme X2 is expected to be the rebranded Realme XT 730G that was announced in India. The device will sport the Snapdragon 730G chipset, 30W SuperVOOC 3.0 fast charging, 32MP camera in the front, a 64MP quad-camera setup in the back. The TENAA listing with model number RMX1991 suggests that the device flaunts a 6.4-inch (2340 × 1080 pixels) Full HD+ AMOLED screen with a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 topping. The quad cameras comprise of 64MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP sensors.
The Realme X2 will be powered by a 4000mAh battery and come in two variants – 6GB + 64GB and 8GB + 256GB. The device launches on September 24 in China and Indians have to wait till December to purchase the device.
