Realme today announced the launch of the fourth model of the Realme 5 series in India. The Realme 5i is going to be the downgraded version of the Realme 5s that was launched in late 2019. The device will launch on January 9 in India and will go on sale via Flipkart. Ahead of the official launch, we have got some real-life images and AnTuTu scores of the Realme 5i, revealing the key details.
Realme 5i Design and Display
The Realme 5i comes with a different kind of design unlike the Realme 5s and Realme 5 Pro which have a gradient finish on the back. The Realme 5i has a plain back with a matte finish. There’s a quad-camera setup placed on the top left corner and a fingerprint sensor beside it. The leaked real-life images suggest two color options- green and sky blue. The Realme 5i runs the Android 9-based ColorOS 6.01 version. The device comes with a 6.5-inch Mini-drop display.
Realme 5i Processor and Storage
The leaked retail box of the Realme 5i suggests there is a massive 5000mAh battery. In the heart of the device, there will be a Snapdragon 665 SoC that powers the Realme 5 and Realme 5S devices. The storage options include 4GB/64GB and 2 more are expected to be available.
Realme 5i Camera Features
The quad-camera setup comprises of 12MP primary camera + 8MP ultra-wide camera + 2MP dedicated macro camera + 2MP depth sensor. On the front, there is an 8MP selfie shooter for clicking amazing selfies.
Realme 5i AnTuTu Benchmark Details
Ahead of the official launch, the Realme 5i (RMX2032) AnTuTu benchmark performance scores got leaked revealing its performance. The device scored 168247 points in the AnTuTu test, which seems to be a considerable upgrade from the Realme 3i which scored 136500 in the test.
