Redmi 7A has been gone official in just a few days after getting spotted on Chinese regulator TENNA’s website. Redmi 7A was unveiled in China today. The Redmi 7A is a successor of Redmi 6A. The Redmi 7A has a normal design without any notch or the hole-punch setup. Xiaomi has not announced the price of the phone and will announce it on 28 May. The phone will come in two colors- blue and matte black.

The dual-SIM Redmi 7A supports Android 9 Pie with MIUI 10. Xiaomi has included two interesting software on the phone in the form of software for senior citizens and a Family Guardian software. The phone has a 5.45-inch HD screen with an 18:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 processor, clocked at 2.0GHz. There is no information about the RAM or onboard storage at the present moment. The company said that there is a dedicated micros card slot on the phone which can expand up to 256GB.
If we talk about the camera, there is a 13-megapixel rear camera on the back of the Redmi 7A with PDAF. The phone also comes with a 5-megapixel front camera with AI Face Unlock support.Redmi 7A has a 4,000mAh battery with 10W charging support, P2i splash-resistant coating, 3.5mm audio jack, and a Micro-USB port. The connectivity options are not started yet, but you can expect to see 4G Volte, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, and GPS in the phone.
