Oppo has just announced the launch date of Reno 4 and Reno 4 Pro for China. Both the smartphones will launch on June 5, according to the official Weibo post put out by the company on its account. Oppo has also confirmed the 65W Super Flash charge support on the Reno 4 series. As the successors to the Reno 3 series which was launched in 2019 in several countries, the Reno 4 series brings more exciting features to the fans.
The invite sent to media reveals interesting feature of the Reno 4 series, i.e., Night mode. The smartphones can capture bright images even in low light, which might be the main USP. The brand has also released the night video sample, which highlights the ability to record videos in low light conditions.
The specifications of Reno 4, Reno 4 Pro have already been revealed by TENAA. Powering both the device is the Snapdragon 765G SoC, which comes with 5G model integrated. The Reno 4 sports a dual punch-hole display and the Pro variant comes with a single punch-hole camera. Both the device has a triple camera setup on the back. The Reno 4 has 48MP + 8MP + 2MP cameras and the 4 Pro has 48MP + 12MP + 13MP cameras. On the front, the Reno 4 has 32MP + 2MP dual camera and the 4 Pro has a single 32MP punch-hole camera.
The Reno 4 is made up of 6.4-inch 2.5D AMOLED display with 2400 x 1800 resolution, 183g weight and 159.3 x 74.0 x 7.8 measurements. The 4 Pro, on the other hand, comes with 6.5-inch 3D AMOLED display with 2400 x 1800 resolution, 172g weight and 159.6 x 72.5 x 7.6 measurements.
Both the devices are listed to be powered by a 4000mAh battery that supports 65W Flash Charge 2.0 fast charging technology.
In another leak, the live shots of the Reno 4 Pro have surfaced on Weibo. The images and video reveals the device in two colors. Up front, there is a single punch-hole camera and on the back, there is a triple camera setup.
