Motorola is said to add one more device to its E-series, namely Moto E6, which could possibly be a budget segment product. Right after the launch of the popular Motorola Vision One, the company is now gearing up for Moto E6, the leaks of which are popping on the internet every now and then. Recently, it has met with yet another leak, which reveals the smartphone will be carrying a 3.5mm headphone jack and a textured back panel. The pictures of Moto E6 has been leaked via Twitter.
According to the images of the post, which are shared on Twitter by the tipster Evan Blass aka @evleaks, Moto E6 reveals slight bezels, single main camera lens, and 3.5mm audio jack. Below the camera, at the centre of the back, there lies the LED flashlight and a logo of the company. The volume button with power buttons is placed on one side of the device while there is no button on the other edge. The pictures have also revealed its back panel, which follows a textured fashion. Sadly, there is no picture that could show the bottom of the device, but we can expect a speaker and charging port there.
While Motorola is yet to reveal the official details regarding the features, price, and launch date of Moto E6, several specs have already been surfaced online in the past. Accordingly, it is said to carry a 5.45-inch display panel that would have a screen resolution of 720 x 1,440 pixels (HD+). It does not feature a bezel-less finish like most of the smartphone these days but will have comparatively thin borders on the sides. Coming to the internal hardware, it is reportedly carrying a Snapdragon 430 chip and a 13MP rear lens with an aperture of f2.0 and LED flash. The front camera would be a 5MP lens with the same aperture. It will be operated on Android Pie OS out-of-the-box. There is no word about the battery capacity and which technology it will feature or the storage limits of the device.
Furthermore, the Moto E6 can be described as an upgraded E5, which is a budget smartphone with some decent features. It also carried an HD+ display and a single rear camera but shipped with an octa-core Snapdragon 430 SoC alongside 2GB RAM and 32GB inbuilt storage. It is interesting to note that Moto E6 Plus has been spotted on Geekbench recently and is said to be powered by MediaTek Helio P22 chipset and a 2GB RAM. It can be said that the company might announce E-series this time with E6 and E6 Plus.
As mentioned earlier, the Moto E6 is mostly expected to be a budget smartphone, but the actual price is not yet revealed or even guessed. Also, there is no news regarding the launch of the smartphone, but with the back to back leaks and Geekbench appearance, we can assume the launch date is near. With the official launch, we can finally get to know the performance details of the smartphone.
