Meizu is all set to launch a new product in its lineup dubbed Meizu 16Xs on May 30 at an event to be held in Beijing. It is quite evident from the poster that the phone weighs 165 grams. A weighing balance can be seen in the backdrop followed by the weights in the foreground. According to the ministry of Industry and information technology, Meizu 16Xs would be available in three colour options; Black, gradient blue and coral colours. The handset features a 6.2-inch AMOLED display and offers a resolution of 1080×2232 pixels. The dimensions of the device 152 x 74.4 x 8.35mm. The AMOLED display features an in-display fingerprint sensor.
A 4000 mAh battery powers the device. Coming to the optics, the device features a 16MP front camera and and triple rear camera that comprises 48MP+5MP+8MP.
The device would be powered by 6GB RAM and would run on Android 9.0. The phone features octa-core processor and works at 2GHz; the handset is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 712 SoC. Rounding off the features, the device includes a 3.5mm headphone jack and also supports NFC. The device is expected to be priced at 2000 Yuan.
