The most-awaited Lenovo Z6 has finally an official launch date for China. Lenovo Group Vice President Chang Cheng today through his official Weibo account revealed that the Z6 will be launching on July 4th at 11:30 AM in China. Apart from this, Chang Cheng also revealed the Lenovo Z6 through a render. The render confirms triple rear camera setup, waterdrop notch and hints at the presence of in-display fingerprint sensor.
The Lenovo Z6 is powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 AIE processor. In the camera department, the device comes with a triple rear camera setup having a 5MP portrait lens, 24MP (F1.8) Sony IMX576 main camera and 8MP 8x hybrid zoom lens (2x Optical Zoom). The company claims that with the images taken by the AI triple cameras, you can print a poster of 2-meter height without losing any resolution. There’s a 16MP selfie camera with support for smart HDR. Apart from this, the Lenovo Z6 is confirmed to feature a 4000mAh battery that supports 15W QC3.0 fast charging. Weighing just 159g, the smartphone is touted to be the world’s lightest smartphone with a 4000mAh battery. The Z6 is also confirmed to sport a 6.39-inch OLED screen with a waterdrop notch. With a 93.1% of the screen to body ratio, the phone utilizes nearly bezel-less screen.
Regarding the price and availability, the Lenovo Z6 is expected to be priced at around CNY 2,000 in China. The smartphone is all set to launch in China on July 4.
