Jio Phone Lite- Calling Centric Feature Phone Without Internet Connectivity
Reliance Jio has captured a significant chunk of the feature phone market in India, thanks to the JioPhone and JioPhone2. The company’s first feature phone dubbed Jio Phone is the world’s first feature phone with 4G support. The company has launched this phone targeting the rural telecom subscribers, which enables them to shift to 4G networks from their existing 2G networks. The new JioPhone Lite is aimed at customers who are using feature phones. With an affordable recharge pack of Rs 50, the new JioPhone Lite would be an exciting proposition to customers who rely solely on calling and does not require the internet. Similar to both JioPhone and the JioPhone 2 Lite which were launched at RIL annual AGMs, the JioPhone Lite might also be launched at the RIL Annual AGM 2020.
