Vivo is working on yet another flagship device which is touted to be called the iQOO Neo 2 based on the reports. Vivo had launched the iQOO Neo equipped with Snapdragon 845 chipset a few months ago in China. The iQOO, which was launched in March 2019 comes with Snapdragon 855 CPU and the iQOO Pro was launched with Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC. With the iQOO Neo 2, Vivo will have three devices with the flagship processor. The device is expected to launch by the end of October in China. Ahead of the launch, a new Vivo phone with model number V1936A (which is said to be called the iQOO Neo 2) benchmarked on the popular benchmarking app AnTuTu. Here’s what we got to know from the AnTuTu listing.
Vivo iQOO Neo 2 AnTuTu Benchmark:
The model number listed on the AnTuTu benchmark app is V1936A, which is said to be the successor to the iQOO Neo (may be called iQOO Neo 2). The device comes with a 2340×1080 resolution and is equipped with a Snapdragon 855 SoC coupled with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The device will run Android 9 out of the box (sadly there won’t be Android 10).
The iQOO Neo 2 achieved the benchmark score of 477,016 on AnTuTu. With such a high score, the device ables to stand among the top 3 devices by the score. The highest score to date was scored by Vivo NEX 3 5G (48,3427) and the next to it comes the Black Shark 2 Pro with 48,1211 scores. With such a high-score we expect the device to come with UFS 3.0, F2FS file system, TurboWrite, and HPB, all of which can significantly improve the continuous and random read and write capabilities of flash memory.
The iQOO Neo 2 is expected to launch at the end of October and come with an affordable price tag to compete with the likes of Redmi K20 Pro and Realme X2 Pro.
