Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO has scheduled to launch its 5G flagship smartphone on February 25 in China and India. Dubbed iQOO 3 5G, the smartphone is confirmed to equip the Snapdragon 865 processor. The iQOO 3 bearing the model number V1955A is now spotted on AnTuTu, revealing its benchmark scores and key specifications ahead of the official launch.
According to AnTuTu, the iQOO 3 5G posted a score of 597,583. The score is higher than the Realme X50 Pro (574,985) and Mi 10 (585,232) which are equipped with similar hardware. The iQOO 3 is equipped with the Snapdragon 865 processor and sports the UFS 3.1 memory chip which helps in improved in writing and reading performance. Further, the device comes with LDDR5 RAM which is also present in the Mi 10 series.
In the memory department, the iQOO 3 5G sports 12GB RAM and 128GB storage. The display resolution according to AnTuTu is 2400 x 1080 and the device runs Android 10 out of the box.
According to the official poster released by the company on Weibo, the iQOO 3 5G comes with a quad-camera setup which includes a 48MP primary camera. As per the leaked specifications from Geekbench and TENAA, the handset flaunts a 6.44-inch FHD+ AMOLED display which may contain a single hole-punch for the placement of the camera. The storage options will be 128GB and 256GB which will pair to 6GB, 8GB and 12GB RAM. The device will be powered by a 4370mAh battery which will also likely support fast charging technology.
More information of the iQOO 3 is expected to be revealed on February 17 on Flipkart’s teaser page. iQOO 3 is the first smartphone from the Vivo‘s sub-brand to launch in the Indian market and will be the country’s first 5G smartphone.
