Infinix launches Hot 7 Pro in India; features dual cameras, 6GB RAM and 4,000mAh battery

Infinix Hot 7 Pro has been announced in India, which is said to be the successor of the Infinix Hot 6 Pro. The Hong Kong-based online-exclusive brand by Transsion Holding claims that the smartphone has been its first launch, which contains a massive 6GB RAM in comparatively less budget. Owing to the features of the Infinix Hot 7 Pro, it comes with a slightly large display, dual selfie camera and a massive 4,000mAh battery, all under the price-tag of Rs.10,000.

Expectedly, Infinix Hot 7 Pro can be a tough competitor against Samsung Galaxy M20 and Redmi 7. The smartphone has appeared with Midnight Black and Aqua Blue colour variants. It will be available via Flipkart starting June 17 and until June 21, consumers are entitled to a special launch offer discount of Rs. 1,000.

Going into the details of the Infinix Hot 7 Pro, it has a 6.19-inch HD+ (720 x 1,500) display with a 2.5D curved glass protection. It gets a slim bezel screen with a traditional notch on top and bears an 18.75:9 aspect ratio. In terms of internal hardware, it has a MediaTek Helio P22 SoC, which is paired to a large 6GB RAM and a sufficient 64GB memory that can be expanded up to 256GB with the help of the microSD slot.

Infinix Hot 7 Pro can provide an amazing experience on the optical front, which contains dual cameras at both rear and front side. The 13MP rear camera comes with a physical aperture of an f/1.8 and is coupled to a 2MP sensor. It supports a number of features such as auto scene detection having eight scene modes like AI-powered portrait, HDR, Beauty and bokeh modes. The front camera is equipped with a Night, Sports, Blue Sky and text features. The front camera comes with the same 13MP lens coupled to a 2MP sensor where the main lens gets an f/2.0 aperture. The features found in the front camera includes AI-powered portrait and Beauty modes.

As mentioned earlier, Infinix Hot 7 Pro has been provided with a 64GB internal storage, there is no other storage or RAM variant of this device. The device offers a huge 4,000mAh capacity, a fingerprint scanner placed at the rear side and a number of connectivity features including 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, micro USB port, etc. are also there.

Surprisingly, the company has set a price-tag of Rs.9,999 for Infinix Hot 7 Pro, which is much less compared to the powerful spec-sheet it brings. Plus the provision of Rs. 1,000 has been provided as a launch offer for a specific time.

  1. Infinix Hot 7 Pro is almost a perfect phone. You get all the top and best feautres of camera, battery backup etc.
    though I feel RAM could have been 8GB and then it would have been a sure buy for me.
