Huawei confirms the launch of the new MatePad Pro for the Chinese market. The all-new Huawei MatePad Pro will land in China on November 25, according to Yu Chengdong who heads Huawei Consumer Business. Yu Chengdong on his official Weibo account shared a poster just revealing the name ‘Mate’ and hiding the other part of the name. But the complete name is evident if we tilt the image in a certain manner. The MatePad Pro is said to come with a few industry-first features and let us take a look at what we know so far about the device.
Huawei MatePad Pro Full Details:
As said earlier, Huawei will launch the MatePad Pro on November 25 in China, but before that, we already have a bunch of leaks including the renders, specifications, features, etc. Based on the renders that got leaked earlier, the Huawei MatePad Pro will sport a punch-hole display which is not present in any other tablet currently. The leak also suggests four sparkling colors that include White, Black, Green and Orange shades. On the rear, there is a dual-camera setup and a single-camera setup is arranged in the front inside the hole-punch. The device will also come packed with an M-Pen stylus and also support Huawei’s smart magnetic keyboard.
On the hardware front, the MatePad Pro will come equipped with a HiSilicon Kirin 990 SoC and have at least 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. As per the 3C certification, the MatePad Pro will have two model numbers – MRX-W09 and MRX-AL09 and both of them will support 40W Huawei SuperCharge just like the Mate 30 series.
