Honor X10 is the next smartphone from Honor that will succeed the Honor 9X that was launched in 2019. The name, which actually should be the Honor 10X, was changed officially to not let users confuse with the Redmi 10X. The Honor 10X is now confirmed to launch in China on May 20, reveals the official Weibo post today. The poster did not reveal much about the smartphone, except that it comes with 5G connectivity. The handset has appeared in multiple certification websites, where we could grab a bunch of the specs prior to the launch.
The Honor X10 was spotted on TENAA with model number TEL-TN00 with full specifications and images. The images suggest a popup selfie camera arrangement just like the Honor 9X and 9X Pro. On the rear, there is a a triple camera setup arrange in a L-shaped manner. There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, which means the display will likely be made up of IPS LCD display.
The specifications point to a 6.63-inch display. The battery capacity will be of 4,200mAh with support for 22.5W fast charging. The rear camera comprises of 40MP + 8MP + 2MP sensors and 16MP popup camera is arranged on the front. The 2.3GHz octacore processor powers the Honor X10, which is most likely the Kirin 820 SoC.
As for the memory configuration of the Honor X10, the device will be made available with 4 GB, 6 GB and 8 GB RAM versions paired with 64 GB/128 GB/256 GB storage. The Honor X10 is also expected to launch in India as well as we have seen all the predecessors like Honor 9X, Honor 8X in the Indian market.
