Honor 30S is the next smartphone from Huawei’s sub-brand Honor that succeeds the Honor 20S. The Honor 30S is now mysteriously leaked on a Sprite bottle, revealing the back design and that the device will come with 5G support. It is the first time we heard of the Honor 30S and is now expected to launch soon in China. The device appeared on the wrap of the Sprite bottle, which was clicked and later posted on Weibo.
From what we see in the leaked image on the Sprite bottle is the rectangular camera setup, 5G support and Iceland Fantacy color (just like the Honor 20S). Honor President Zhao Ming was recently seen posting stuff on Weibo using a new Honor Android Phone, which we expect to be one of the Honor 30 series. It was also reported earlier that the Honor 30 series will launch in April. In addition, the codename of the Honor 30S appears to be ‘cindy’.
Earlier, a new Honor smartphone with model numbers MOA-AL00 and MOA-TL00
was spotted in TENAA. The images revealed in the certification matches with the design leaked on the Sprite bottle. According to TENAA, the device comes with 6.3-inch display, 4900mAh battery and dimensions include 159.07×74.06×9.04(mm).
The Honor 30S is likely to equip the Kirin 820 SoC, which is a mid-range 5G chipset from Huawei.
