Honor 20S will be the new addition to the existing Honor 20 lineup that includes 20, 20 Pro, and 20i/Lite. All these devices were launched in several countries including India and China. For the first time, the Honor 20S has appeared in the Google Play Console listing, revealing several specifications of the device.
Honor 20S Google Play Console Listing: What is Revealed?
As per the listing on Google Play Console, the Honor 20S comes with a 6-inch display and runs Android 10 out of the box. Storage options include 128GB and 256GB of onboard storage and 8GB of RAM. There is support for fingerprint unlock that should come under the display. In addition to these features, the render reveals a waterdrop style notch on the display, narrow bezels at the top and bottom just like its sibling devices.
To recall, Honor 20, 20 Pro and 20i/Lite were launched earlier this year with mid-range to high-end specifications. The Honor 20 Pro, which is the premium device among the three comes with Kirin 980 chipset, 8GB RAM and 256GB of onboard storage. The Honor 20 features Kirin 980 chipset that is paired to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The Honor 20i/Lite, on the other hand, comes with Kirin 710 processor and offers up to 6GB RAM and 256GB storage options. The former two devices carry a quad-camera setup with 48MP as a primary sensor and the Honor 20i/Lite version sports a triple camera setup with 24MP as the primary sensor.
Honor 20S: Expected Price and Availability
The Honor 20S as it appears on the Google Play Console listing suggests that the launch is not too far. We may soon hear the device from the official channels soon. Recently, a retail poster of the alleged Honor 20 SE appeared on Weibo, which could mean that there are a total of five models in the Honor 20 series.
