Vivo is soon adding a new smartphone to its Y series portfolio in China. According to our trusted sources, the company is launching the Vivo Y7s smartphone in the Chinese market this month. We have also obtained exclusive renders and specifications of the device. Vivo has already launched Y3, Y12, Y15, and Y17 in various markets including India and China. With the launch of Y7s in China, Vivo will be strengthening its mid-range segment with a lot of offerings and features. Vivo Y7s Specifications and Features:
The upcoming Vivo Y7s is equipped with a MediaTek Helio P65 SoC (MT6768) that is coupled with a 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage. With a 6.38-inch Full HD AMOLED display, the device measures 159.53×75.23×8.13mm and weigh 179g. The device is made of engineering plastic and comes in two color options – Wave blue, Sea breeze.
As far as the camera is concerned, the Vivo Y7s has a triple camera setup on the rear that is comprised of 16MP + 8MP + 2MP cameras. For selfie lovers, there is a 16MP camera on the front with AI beauty mode. The smartphone is powered by a 4390mAh Lithium-ion battery with support for fast charging technology. For security, the device is equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor, and AI Face unlock features. The Vivo Y7s runs Android 9 Pie out of the box.
As for the availability and pricing, the Vivo Y7s will be priced under CNY 1900 in China, which translates to Rs 19,500 in India. The phone would launch in the third week of July and will be available on sale very soon after launch.
