Honor is all getting ready to present its new Honor 20 Youth Edition (aka Honor 20 Lite) in China. The company has put a post on its official Weibo account to announce the launch date of the smartphone. According to the Weibo post, the Honor20 Youth Edition will be launched on October 22 and the reservations of the same would go live starting today. Ahead of the launch, we are able to grab the official press renders and key specifications of the device. Here’re the details that we know so far about the Honor 20 Youth Edition.

The Honor 20 Youth Edition, bearing the model number HLK-AL00, will come with a 6.59 inch AMOLED screen that offers a Full HD+ 2340 x 1080 resolution and sport an in-display fingerprint sensor. Under the hood, there will be an octa-core Kirin 810 processor with a frequency of 2×Cortex A76 2.27GHz+6×Cortex A55 1.88GHz and Mali G52. The device will come with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The Honor 20 Youth will be powered by a 4000mAh battery that supports 20W fast charging.

As for the colors, the Honor 20 Youth will be available in three color options that include Magic Night Black, Blue Water Jade, Icelandic Fantasy. The renders suggest that the Honor 20 Youth will sport a triple camera setup at the rear with one of the cameras containing a 48MP sensor. The other sensors include 8MP+2MP. A single 16MP camera is placed inside the waterdrop notch for taking selfies. Apart from all of these, we also got to know that the mobile will go on sale starting October 25 in China via all major e-commerce sites.

The Honor 20 Youth Edition is expected to launch in India as Honor 20 Lite. The device will launch as the successor to the Honor 10 Lite that was launched earlier this year.
